Refund policy
We understand that expressing your identity authentically is of utmost importance, and our range of LGBTQ+ apparel is designed to be your companion on this journey of self-discovery and pride. To ensure your shopping experience with us is as comforting as it is empowering, we extend a hassle-free returns and exchange policy. With a 30-day return window, you have ample time to decide if the apparel aligns perfectly with your style and values. Your satisfaction and confidence in wearing our products are our top priorities, making your shopping experience as smooth and empowering as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@pridestance.com. If you choose to return the product, you have the option of receiving a full refund, but you will be responsible for the postage fee for sending the item back to us. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the product, we offer a 50% refund on your purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact customercare@pridestance.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, perishable goods ( such as flowers, food, or plants), custom products ( special orders/personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products, earrings), sale items and worn items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what your after is to return the item you have, and once the item is return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not issue refunds for not liking products or change of mind. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@pridestance.com.
Cancellation:
Cancelling your order for a refund prior to processing is free. However, if your order has already been shipped there can be a cancellation fee. For the best success in cancellation or a change in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order editing once the order is placed.
We are unable to allow edits, or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped.
Mystery Gift / Bundles / Jewelry box gifts:
These items are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged if purchased individually or if the order does not meet the required cart value shown at checkout. Bundle change of minds will not be refunded, If you abuse this and its identified by our team we will bar your account and others you make. (please understand this money is for the community so you are cutting in people that need it).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item\Items (International shipping included). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Lost or stolen items
If your tracking says your order has been delivered and your order isn’t at your residence unfortunately this is a post office issue and you will need to follow this up with them. If you need any help with details for your case please message us.
